INTRODUCTION

Hummingbird Gold

Hummingbird Gold Location Map

OWNERSHIP : Greenridge 100%.

SIZE : 12 claims totaling ~4,784 ha acquired by staking in 2020.

LOCATION: 35 km northwest of the Hamlet of Stony Rapids in northern Saskatchewan. Hummingbird is contiguous to the Company’s Firebird Nickel Project, currently under option to Rio Tinto Exploration Canada.

Regional Significance

  • Regional perspectivity demonstrated by the historical presence of high-grade gold showings at Pine Channel and the million-ounce Goldfields deposit further to the west.
  • Major NE-SW shear zones transect Hummingbird and extend south to the Pine Channel Assemblage, where historical high-grade surface outcrop and rock samples, some with visible gold, ranged up to 874 g/t Au.

Exploration Summary

  • Historical high-grade surface outcrop and rock samples, some with visible gold, ranged up to 874 g/t Au. (Source: “Gold in the Pine Channel Area”, Summary of Investigations 1997, B. LaFrance).

  • Greenridge commissioned KorrAI of Halifax, NS to use artificial intelligence (“A.I.”) data processing methods to efficiently detect surficial alteration along fault zones partially concealed by vegetation and wetlands.

  • 2020 prospecting program visited specific target areas identified by A.I. and historical work. A total of 105 rock samples were collected in several target areas from historical trenches, quartz veins and outcrops. Samples were analyzed by SRC Geoanalytical Laboratories in Saskatoon. Variable assay results as high as 10.5 g/t Au were returned.
